Upon completion and return of this registration form, I confirm that I have read and accepted the terms and conditions detailed below.

Confirmation: Evnoia Group will confirm your participation after receiving your registration. The delegate will receive an invoice immediately upon registering for the event online. However, if the invoice does not contain all the required information needed by the delegate, an email should be sent to info@evnoiagroup.com with the required information. Such delegates will receive the invoice within 48hrs of sending the request via email. The hotel details will be sent to the delegate, two to three weeks before the date of commencement of the Summit.

Vis Major: While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised event, Evnoia Group reserves the right to change event dates, sites or locations, omit event features, or merge the event with another event as it deems necessary without penalty.  In such situations, no refunds shall be made. Peradventure, Evnoia Group permanently cancels the event for any reason whatsoever, (including, but not limited to any vis major occurrence) and provided that the event is not postponed to a later date nor is it merged with another event, the Client shall receive a credit note for the amount that the Client has paid to such permanently cancelled event. No refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.

Dispute Resolutions: All disputes arising from the present contract and/or in connection with it shall be finally decided by the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic.

Cancellations and Refund Policy: Cancellation made one month prior to the start of the conference will be refunded less than 50% of the administrative charge. Refunds will be made after the conference. There will be no refund due to any cancellations made within one month to the Summit. Substitution of delegates is allowed on or before four (4) working day prior to the day of the Summit.
